Our Beauty Client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant Contractor to support key operational and marketing functions across their brands. This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth execution of purchase orders, inventory coordination, approvals, and marketing content operations. The ideal candidate is meticulous, proactive, and highly organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This position offers hands-on exposure to brand marketing operations, influencer and social content workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Responsibility:
Create, track, and manage purchase orders across marketing and brand initiatives
Partner with Finance and vendors to ensure accurate invoicing, coding, and payment processing
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal procurement processes
Coordinate inventory requests and shop orders for marketing, influencer, and PR initiatives
Track product movement, availability, and delivery timelines
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product fulfillment
Manage internal approval workflows across brand, legal, and finance stakeholders
Track approvals and maintain documentation to ensure timelines are met
Support process improvements for operational efficiency
Maintain and update the social media content calendar
Support content scheduling, asset tracking, and launch timelines
Collaborate with brand, creative, and social teams to ensure alignment
Assist in coordinating influencer and ambassador content deliverables
Track campaign assets, deadlines, and performance metrics
Support partnerships with creators, agencies, and PR partners
Requirements:
Experience supporting influencer programs, social media platforms, or PR initiatives
Understanding of influencer measurement, social media analytics, and content KPIs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and pivot based on data and brand needs
Passion for beauty, social media trends, and influencer culture
Creative, innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
Knowledge of social media and influencer best practices and legal guidelines
Nice to have:
Prior experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer goods marketing
