We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Department with internal events and employer branding initiatives. Job Responsibility
Manage and track the marketing warehouse inventory (promotional items, materials, shipments)
Coordinate shipments to events, offices, or collaborators
Organize and coordinate internal events, team activities, and office-related initiatives
Assist in planning external events related to the office's needs
Provide general support for marketing operations and logistics
Draft internal newsletters and announcements related to team or office activities
Conduct small research tasks, such as finding suppliers, venues, or opportunities for local partnerships
Requirements
Knowledge of copywriting principles and best practices
Advanced ability to adapt communication and messaging across diverse platforms
Open to organizational and collaborative initiatives
Attention to detail, proactive attitude, supportive team player
Good and proactive communication abilities in English
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Previous experience in logistics, admin, or event planning is a plus
