Job Description

I’m partnering with a fast-growing viral social entertainment brand to hire a Marketing Assistant supporting their US marketing strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, creative team in a small, fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to the growth of a brand with a strong social-first presence, helping to drive engagement, visibility, and reach across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. This role is ideal for someone proactive, creative, and eager to gain hands-on experience in social media, influencer marketing, and campaign execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in executing the US marketing strategy, helping to drive high-quality traffic and contribute to growth
  • Support the development and management of social marketing initiatives, including performance-driven affiliate programmes
  • Help track campaign performance and provide insights to improve future initiatives
  • Coordinate paid and organic influencer collaborations, from identifying creators and assisting outreach to organising product sends and tracking results
  • Contribute creative ideas for content and distribution to maximise reach across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Help ensure all content aligns with brand tone, style, and quality standards
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign planning and execution
  • Take initiative to suggest improvements and contribute to strategic discussions
  • Assist in building scalable processes for influencer and social campaigns

Requirements
