Marketing Assistant

• Design and edit marketing materials such as flyers, proposals, and presentations to effectively showcase product
• Manage regular website updates to ensure content remains current and engaging
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly
• Coordinate signage projects to align with property branding and marketing strategies
• Provide administrative support to sales brokers, including tracking deals, leads, and pipeline activity
• Organize property tours, showings, and internal communications to streamline operations
• Prepare and distribute materials required for client meetings and showings
• Conduct market research to gather data and compile relevant insights
• Assist in creating social media content and monitoring platform activity to enhance digital presence

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation techniques
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
