We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing & Sales team based in our Hemel Hempstead Head Quarters. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.
Job Responsibility:
Help in the preparation, delivery and review of all marketing activity for One Stop Healthcare – will include both B2C and B2B
Day-to-day monitoring of digital / social media channels and feedback, as well as supporting the physical at-hospital CX
Involved in the continual adaptation of our campaign activity and plan, being hands-on and ready to produce compelling and timely support, ideas, content, and energy
Bring our brand to life across all touchpoints
Help spotlight our people and culture—capturing photos, stories, and moments that reflect who we are and how we deliver excellent care every day
Requirements:
Marketing / Business degree, supplemented with a creative flair and a can-do spirit
A want to work across the full marketing mix – from digital to physical CX
Curious and creative—always spotting a story or an opportunity to connect
Confident speaking with people across the organisation and comfortable capturing what makes us unique
You like being part of a team, but are proactive and take ownership of the tasks at hand. You love a never-ending ‘to do’ list
You’re organised, energetic, and always up for pitching in to help get something over the line
Comfortable with data and mining it for (customer) behavioural insight
