Job Description

Working closely with the Head of Marketing Activation and wider marketing teams, you will provide essential support to ensure marketing activity is coordinated effectively, deadlines are met, and day-to-day marketing operations run smoothly.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the coordination and delivery of marketing activity across launches, activations and promotional campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed on schedule
  • Assist with the preparation of campaign briefs, launch decks and marketing documentation, ensuring information is accurate, organised and up to date
  • Support the creation, formatting and distribution of marketing one-pagers, presentations and internal communications
  • Help maintain clear communication across the marketing department by sharing updates on launches, activations and key business initiatives
  • Support the Ecommerce team with on-site communications, including banner updates, content amendments and launch readiness checks
  • Assist with Digital Asset Management (DAM) requests, ensuring assets are uploaded, categorised and maintained correctly
  • Maintain the Airtable marketing planner, ensuring launch, activation and promotional information remains accurate and up to date
  • Support launch planning by collating assets, updating trackers and assisting with launch documentation
  • Proofread, quality-check and format marketing copy to ensure accuracy, consistency and brand alignment
  • Support the coordination of third-party partners, suppliers and external stakeholders where required
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider marketing team, including maintaining trackers, updating documentation and supporting project delivery across key business initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, PR, Fashion, Communications or a related discipline
  • Previous internship, placement year or experience within a marketing, retail, ecommerce or agency environment
  • Strong interest in fashion, ecommerce and understanding of the Oh Polly customer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Strong interest in copywriting, content creation and marketing communications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and project management tools such as Airtable (desirable)
