We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. This long-term contract position offers the flexibility of working remotely while supporting key marketing and administrative initiatives. The role focuses on scheduling, coordinating campaigns, and delivering impactful marketing content in alignment with organizational goals.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and coordinate appointments, ensuring effective scheduling for marketing and administrative tasks
Oversee the creation and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital and social media
Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
Monitor campaign performance and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and optimize strategies
Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels, ensuring alignment with organizational standards
Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and quality
Provide administrative support, such as preparing agendas, troubleshooting technology setups, and documenting meeting outcomes
Facilitate the submission and procurement of required materials for marketing initiatives
Offer strategic suggestions to enhance donor-focused marketing approaches
Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall marketing goals
Requirements:
Proficiency in contemporary marketing trends, particularly within the non-profit sector
Strong communication skills, including editing and proofreading
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle deadlines effectively
Experience in marketing research, automation, and advertising
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with email campaigns, social media strategies, and direct marketing techniques
A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or business is preferred
Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in marketing, communications, or related fields, ideally in a non-profit setting
