We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join a collaborative airport advertising team in a contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role. The position begins with a strong focus on coordination and administrative support, with room to expand into more presentation development and strategic marketing work over time. This role is fully onsite during the initial training period, with the possibility of hybrid flexibility after successful ramp-up.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate day-to-day administrative and marketing support for a small team, helping maintain smooth operations across multiple active projects
Assist in preparing proposal responses, presentation materials, and business review documents for client-facing and internal meetings
Track deadlines, organize supporting content, and help manage a steady pipeline of proposal-related work throughout the year
Build, update, and format slide decks and spreadsheets to support reporting, presentations, and team communications
Support planning and execution for marketing initiatives, including email outreach, direct marketing efforts, social media activities, and event-related coordination
Review documents carefully for accuracy, consistency, and clear presentation before final delivery
Identify ways to improve efficiency by using available tools and technology while preserving a thoughtful final product
Take on increasing responsibility over time, with opportunities to contribute more directly to presentation development and broader marketing strategy
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create clear, accurate materials and maintain accurate information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited to a collaborative team setting
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to follow-through and problem-solving
Ability to work onsite during the initial training and onboarding period
Interest in marketing coordination, presentations, and team support within a client-focused environment
Nice to have:
