We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our Málaga Designer Outlet team. Based on-site at the centre, you’ll support the development and delivery of local marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including creating engaging social media content and helping coordinate promotional events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their marketing expertise.
Job Responsibility:
Support the development and delivery of local marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Create engaging social media content
Help coordinate promotional events
Support the Marketing team in delivering the annual marketing plan by helping coordinate key campaigns
Create and edit content for social media, the website and CRM
Produce platform‑specific assets for paid media channels such as Meta, TikTok and Google
Assist with on‑site content shoots
Update the website in multiple languages
Prepare CRM newsletter content
Liaise with tenants on digital activities
Support brand communication for promotions and seasonal campaigns across the centre
Requirements:
A strong interest in social media, digital trends and content creation
Basic skills in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
Great attention to detail and a good eye for visual aesthetics, especially in fashion, lifestyle, or design
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (French is a plus)
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and a collaborative mindset
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field is desirable
