Job Responsibility

Manage and update website content using CMS platforms, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and up to date
Upload, edit and maintain content across websites, mobile apps and other digital platforms
Support the delivery of marketing campaigns through content updates, scheduling and coordination
Assist with email marketing activity, including content updates and campaign deployment
Create and update marketing materials such as digital assets, leaflets, posters and customer communications
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice
Monitor websites and digital channels for content accuracy, broken links and outdated information
Support app content updates and customer engagement initiatives
