Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage communications with internal teams, external customers, and vendor partners, including handling purchase orders, inventory requests, and correspondence
Maintain and update the Gynecology Selling site, ensuring all content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date
Generate and analyze reports using Salesforce and SAP, providing insights into product performance, customer trends, and repair sales history
Plan and oversee logistics for events, workshops, and major conventions, including attendee tracking, vendor communication, catering, and compliance documentation
Manage hysteroscopy courses by organizing equipment setup, physician registration, travel logistics, and faculty honoraria while ensuring compliance with required paperwork
Support internal Gynecology sales training programs and onboarding processes, including IT coordination, training schedules, and learning module setup
Track and maintain inventory of marketing samples, prototypes, and promotional materials to ensure availability and proper documentation
Assist with product launches by supporting validation processes, forecasting, documentation preparation, and coordination with cross-functional teams
Contribute to the creation and design of digital marketing tools and sales enablement resources to enhance team productivity
Provide administrative support, including drafting and editing documents, presentations, and reports to maintain a high standard of quality
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing, sales support, or related fields
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with various stakeholders
Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Knowledge of event planning logistics, including compliance and vendor coordination
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights from reports
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and design tools
