Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support a fast-paced, collaborative marketing team in San Antonio, TX. This is a part-time, onsite contract role (afternoons only), ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow their career in marketing.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the marketing team with reporting, cross-department coordination, and resource management
Maintain and update spreadsheets, inventory sheets, and other tracking documents
Support the routing of content and materials for approvals
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and contribute to team marketing initiatives
Use project management tools like Asana to help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met

Requirements:

1+ year of marketing support experience (internship or entry-level role counts!)
Resourceful and collaborative mindset – you love problem-solving and teamwork
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through

Nice to have:

Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
Comfortable using Microsoft 365, including Teams and OneNote
Strong communication and time-management skills
