We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Fresno, California. This is a part time role that requires assisting events on Saturday and Sundays. In this role, you will support a range of marketing activities, including social media engagement, event coordination, and community outreach initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Manage community outreach efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Collaborate with social media advertising vendors to oversee campaigns and provide constructive feedback
Interact with the community through social media platforms to foster engagement and build relationships
Plan and coordinate events, including sourcing materials, giveaways, and games
Arrange booth setups and decorations to ensure a visually appealing presentation at events
Schedule and organize staff participation for events, ensuring smooth operations
Assist with executing email campaigns to promote services and events
Provide logistical support for marketing activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to help refine strategies
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related roles
Proficiency in organizing events and coordinating logistics
Ability to manage schedules and coordinate team activities effectively
Excellent communication skills for engaging with vendors, staff, and the community
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Familiarity with community outreach practices and techniques
