Job Description:

Are you ready to play a key role in supporting Vital Energi’s exciting growth strategy? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Marketing Assistant to join our team located at our head office in Blackburn. This role is ideal if you are a creative and a confident communicator, looking to start or develop your career in Marketing. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the Marketing team in delivering impactful campaigns, content, and events that align with our business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media content, and case studies
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Assist in updating website content and company social media platforms
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and industry insights
Assist in the organisation of events, and exhibitions, ensuring brand presence and engagement
Collaborate with internal teams to gather content for our internal newsletter and case studies that showcase our projects and successes
Help monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s brand guidelines and values

Requirements:

A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
An eye for detail and a creative mindset
Experience using social media platforms in a professional capacity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Applicants must have the unrestricted and ongoing right to work in the UK for the duration of employment, without the need for sponsorship

Nice to have:

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or Canva
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital analytics tools
Experience working with and editing videos using software such as CapCut or Premier Pro
Previous experience in a similar marketing role or internship
