This is a varied, hands-on role combining marketing coordination, campaign and communications support, reporting and day-to-day administration. You’ll help ensure our messages are clear, timely and aligned across our nurseries and central teams. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our digital presence, supporting campaigns, managing reporting processes and keeping essential systems and communications flowing smoothly.
Job Responsibility:
Support the planning, coordination and delivery of internal and external campaigns and communications across multiple channels
Help manage and monitor our digital platforms, ensuring content is updated, scheduled and responded to appropriately
Produce and maintain regular reports and insight summaries to support informed decision-making
Provide administrative and operational support to the wider Marketing team, ensuring processes, inboxes and systems run efficiently
Contribute to campaign rollouts and wider brand initiatives, working collaboratively across departments to meet shared priorities
Requirements:
At least 1 years’ experience in a marketing assistant or administrative role (or similar)
Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Confidence using social media platforms in a professional setting
Clear, accurate written communication skills
A proactive, solution-focused mindset
Nice to have:
Experience using Adobe, specifically editing and managing PDF files
