Are you a highly organized media professional who loves numbers, details, and keeping complex campaigns moving? We are seeking a media specialist to join a global media team supporting North America campaigns across brand, retail, and membership marketing. In this role, you will help execute integrated media plans across multiple channels while supporting the operational work that keeps campaigns on track, including budget tracking, purchase orders, trafficking, creative review, and spend forecasting. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong media background who enjoys both planning support and hands on operational execution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with internal media managers to support the development and execution of integrated media plans across video, audio, outdoor, digital, mobile, newspaper, and magazine channels
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance with media managers and participate in internal meetings focused on results and optimization opportunities
  • Analyze syndicated and proprietary data to identify the best media vehicles for reaching target audiences
  • Work closely with finance, budget operations, and media teams to manage budget trackers, purchase order requests, invoice approvals, plan updates, monthly spend forecasts, and variance communication
  • Support trafficking and creative workflows by owning spec sheets, trafficking sheets, messaging maps, and stakeholder review processes
  • Stay current on media opportunities and vendor capabilities to help support innovation in channel mix and execution
  • Partner with agency teams to improve processes, tools, and workflows that help scale media operations
  • Build strong working relationships across internal teams, agency partners, and finance stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in media planning, media buying, or media operations
  • Hands on experience with media operations, including budget tracking, purchase orders, trafficking, and creative QA
  • Strong understanding of media planning and buying fundamentals
  • Experience using media planning and measurement tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, Comscore, and DCM
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience supporting cross channel media campaigns
  • Strong digital planning knowledge
  • Budget management experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow through
