Job Description:

As the one responsible for Grains & Food, you will be a crucial member of our marketing team, responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to support the growth of our business in the region. You will work closely with the sales department to ensure our marketing efforts align with their objectives and contribute to our overall success. In addition, you will be responsible for managing one direct report, a Marketing Communications Specialist, who will assist you in achieving our marketing goals. Your actions will aim at targeting, reaching and nurturing existing and potential B2B customers across the entire portfolio of Bühler solutions, contributing to the sales of engineered plants, stand-alone machines, digital products and aftersales services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the SEA region
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales teams to understand their objectives and needs
  • Market Research and Analysis: In collaboration with the Market Intelligence team, conduct market research to identify market trends, competition, and customer behavior
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget for the SEA region
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives
  • Vendor and Agency Management: Collaborate with external vendors and marketing agencies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communication or Management
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing planning, with a minimum of 5 years in a marketing execution role in B2B marketing or B2C marketing with event and digital marketing experience
  • Good experience in business development
  • Proficiency in English
