We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant/Analyst I to support marketing materials and training programs for a Quick Service Restaurant-focused division within the industrial sector. This Long-term Contract position is based in Greensboro, North Carolina, and offers the opportunity to partner with cross-functional teams to help deliver effective customer-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong organization, communication, and project coordination skills to a fast-moving environment.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate the creation, update, and distribution of marketing collateral that supports customer programs and promotional initiatives
Partner with sales, communications, research, development, engineering, and field-based teams to align materials with business needs and customer expectations
Assist with planning and executing training resources and support tools for program rollouts and ongoing field engagement
Track project timelines, deliverables, and feedback to help ensure marketing activities are completed accurately and on schedule
Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and communication materials using standard office and design applications
Support customer-facing marketing efforts by organizing information, responding to requests, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders
Help maintain brand consistency and quality across printed, digital, and presentation-based materials
Use design and content development tools to refine visual assets and strengthen communication effectiveness
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in marketing support, communications, design coordination, or a similar function
Strong project management and organizational skills with close attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with effective interpersonal and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Working knowledge of media production, communication methods, and content dissemination practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
