Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant/Analyst I to support marketing materials and training programs for a Quick Service Restaurant-focused division within the industrial sector. This Long-term Contract position is based in Greensboro, North Carolina, and offers the opportunity to partner with cross-functional teams to help deliver effective customer-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong organization, communication, and project coordination skills to a fast-moving environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate the creation, update, and distribution of marketing collateral that supports customer programs and promotional initiatives
  • Partner with sales, communications, research, development, engineering, and field-based teams to align materials with business needs and customer expectations
  • Assist with planning and executing training resources and support tools for program rollouts and ongoing field engagement
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and feedback to help ensure marketing activities are completed accurately and on schedule
