Job Responsibility:
Directly manage a cross-functional team of approximately 10 professionals, including Application Engineers, Marketing Communication Specialists, and Quality/Safety (SHEQ) functions
Oversee the delivery of high-end technical support and professional training programs for customers, distributors, and internal sales teams
Analyze macro-economic trends and competitor dynamics to formulate tactical sales strategies and identify target markets for new application research
Strengthen brand equity through integrated online and offline promotion strategies while collaborating with international product divisions to drive product improvements
Ensure all activities meet rigorous international standards for Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ), including the management of warranty claims and terms
Requirements:
Master’s degree, preferably in Physics, Vacuum Engineering, or a related high-tech engineering field
Minimum of 10 years in sales, business development, or technical service within industrial equipment or vacuum-related sectors
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of coaching teams and managing cross-functional responsibilities
Solid understanding of complex pumping technologies (e.g., high-vacuum, dry, and mechanical booster systems) and their diverse industrial applications
