We are looking for a creative, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our retail support team based in Leicester City Centre. This is a varied and hands-on role combining marketing, social media, and customer service responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of the business.
Job Responsibility
Creating and managing engaging content across social media platforms
Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activity
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social channels
Assisting with website and digital content updates
Monitoring customer feedback and helping improve customer experience
Providing general support across multiple departments as required
Requirements
Previous experience in marketing and social media is essential
Must be confident creating content and managing business social platforms
Strong communication and organisational skills
Positive, flexible, and happy to work in a varied role
Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
