Our client is a dynamic and growing property developer and investor managing a premium portfolio of assets, including a boutique hotel, a championship golf course, and thriving food, beverage, and event spaces. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join their team and help showcase their unique experiences.
Job Responsibility
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow audience engagement
Content Creation: Support the team with copywriting, basic design coordination, and on-site photography/video capture
Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across the hotel, golf, and hospitality offerings
Digital & Print Assets: Assist with website updates, EDM (email) creation, and traditional promotional materials
Coordination: Manage promotional and seasonal calendars, and liaise with external suppliers (photographers, designers, printers) as needed
Reporting & Admin: Monitor and report on social media performance metrics and provide administrative support to key team members
Requirements
1–2 years of practical experience in marketing, with a heavy emphasis on social media management
A solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Proficiency with Canva and Meta Business Suite
Practical experience or a strong eye for photography, video, and content creation
Strong written communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
