Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing and Proposal Manager with 2+ years of relevant experience to support marketing and business development efforts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role is heavily involved in proposal and qualifications development while also contributing to broader marketing, communications, and content initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Draft, edit, and proofread content for RFQs, RFPs, proposals, and qualifications packages
  • Develop proposal narratives, resumes, project descriptions, case studies, and interview materials
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across written marketing content
  • Maintain marketing content libraries, templates, and related materials
  • Support website updates, social media content, thought leadership, and other marketing initiatives
  • Provide general coordination support across multiple marketing projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, proposals, or professional services preferred
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in AEC or other proposal-driven environments is a plus
