As the Marketing and Launch Excellence, Senior Manager within Amgen’s Japan Transformation Office, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our marketing capability and launch excellence capability. You will support a Marketing and Launch Excellence Lead (Associate Director) in strengthening our end-to-end commercial excellence capabilities. Working closely with the Lead, you will partner with brand managers, commercial leaders, medical teams, and cross-functional partners to identify priority areas, provide structured support, and help drive consistent excellence across both launch and marketing disciplines.

Requirements:
MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related fields
7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, launch excellence, marketing consulting, or commercial excellence roles with a strong focus on capability building & driving launch excellence
Strong project management skills with a proven track record in developing and executing launch strategies
Expertise in change management principles and their application within marketing and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and the use of analytics tools to measure program success
Strong ability to assess marketing functions, use data-driven insights, and design strategic solutions tailored to the healthcare sector
Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse internal audiences
Demonstrated success in guiding internal teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving the adoption of new capabilities
Strong bilingual capability in both Japanese and English
