Job Description:

The Marketing and F&B Coordinator provides support to both the Commercial and Food & Beverage divisions. This role reports directly to the Director of Public Relations & Marketing, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Director of Food & Beverage. The Coordinator assists in executing marketing campaigns through content creation, social media support, and event coordination. In addition, the position supports the Food & Beverage team by developing marketing communications, materials, and menus. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. This is a on property-based role, offering the opportunity to work directly with our team and guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Director of PR & Marketing with day-to-day assignments and special projects
  • Coordinate internal communications for F&B promotions and events, acting as liaison across departments
  • Assist with F&B marketing communications, including OpenTable Pro emails and LMLM local mailing lists
  • Ensure brand compliance across all F&B marketing materials and menus
  • secure required approvals from PR & Marketing
  • Manage F&B social media for TRUSS (posting, inbox management, community engagement) and support Auro as needed
  • visuals and copy approved by DMM and DPRM
  • Support resort activations, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and experience coordination
  • Attend Activations and F&B Marketing meetings
  • prepare agendas and document action items
  • Maintain and update digital collateral across platforms (FS.com, OpenTable, BentoBox)
  • Upload F&B events to partner and destination portals (Visit Napa Valley, Calistoga, Yountville, etc.)
  • Assist with F&B photoshoots and content creation
  • Maintain a centralized asset library for all F&B initiatives (photo and video)
  • Design menus and F&B marketing collateral using Canva
  • Support shopping cart amenities and experiences, including F&B offers and culinary classes
  • Manage Google Business Profile updates (minimum two posts per week per outlet: Auro, TRUSS, Campo)
  • Support outlet influencer programs, including agenda development, creative briefs, and internal alerts
  • Monitor competitive set activity and broader industry trends
  • Assist with Eventbrite listings and guest list management
  • F&B Support - Assist the Director of Food & Beverage with administrative and operational tasks on an as-needed basis, including: Recipe costing and data management in BirchStreet
  • Menu engineering support
  • Food safety audit coordination and documentation
  • Administrative support for Avero, OpenTable, and ResortPass
  • Coordination of F&B activations and related logistics
  • Review and tracking of in-room and VIP amenities
  • Support with Medallia responses, issue tracking, and illness reports
  • Assisting with Vendor/BirchStreet management and POs for F&B

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a luxury hotel or similar service industry organization
  • Previous Marketing or Food and Beverage experience highly desirable
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365 and office equipment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for promotional content and brand presentation
  • Digital marketing and social media proficiency
  • Interest in Food & Beverage
  • prior experience in luxury, Forbes Five-Star, or Michelin-starred environments preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required to operate golf carts
