Robert Half is seeking an experienced Marketing and Events Coordinator for a part-time contract based opportunity in the Greater Seattle Area. The ideal candidate will bring experience in administrative support, event coordination, and bring a research and resource mindset to work.
Job Responsibility:
Order materials for marketing, promotional needs, and events as required
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliverables and adherence to timelines
Track internal processes, including receipts and expenses
Monitor orders and deliveries
flag any backorders or delays for necessary pivots or troubleshooting
Assist with logistical planning for internal and public-facing events
Support translation requests through vendor coordination and established processes
Process requests and manage workflow tools (training provided)
Support data entry assignments
Update and maintain documents
Provide day-of-event support and assist with onsite needs
Requirements:
Experience in event coordination and/or administrative support
Strong communication, organizational, project management, and time-management skills
Ability to research and source materials and vendors
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage timelines and logistics
Proficient in standard office tools (email, spreadsheets, shared drives)
Ability to learn and adapt to new tools
Required Software: Microsoft Office Suite
