As Marketing & Communications Project Manager, you will support the development and execution of marketing and communication activities across the Business Unit, including go-to-market programs, product launches and strategic marketing initiatives. You will help translate business priorities and market needs into effective communication strategies, campaigns and activation activities, while ensuring coordination, alignment and follow-up across channels, markets and stakeholders. Depending on your profile and business priorities, the role may also include ownership of specific focus areas such as partner marketing, online marketing, campaigns, pharma initiatives or other strategic marketing projects. This position is at our Lund or Kolding office, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 25 – 35 days per year.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and coordinate communication plans, messaging, content, campaigns and activation activities across channels and markets, ensuring consistency and relevance towards target audiences
Collaborate closely with product management, sales companies, divisional marketing and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, coordination and effective execution of initiatives across regions and functions
Maintain an overview and follow-up across ongoing projects and activities
Support the development and execution of marketing and communication activities across the Business Unit, including go-to-market programs, product launches and strategic marketing initiatives
Translate business priorities and market needs into effective communication strategies, campaigns and activation activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree within Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience within marketing, communication, product marketing or related commercial roles, preferably in a global B2B environment
Strong project management, coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive activities across multiple functions and markets
Experience working with go-to-market activities, product launches, campaigns or other cross-functional marketing projects, preferably within indirect sales channels
Experience with content development, campaign activation and multi-channel marketing activities
Understanding of segmentation, positioning and customer-oriented marketing principles
