Job Description:

The Marketing and Communications Manager creates and executes property-level communications to customers, promotes on-brand messaging through traditional, digital, and social media channels, builds direct marketing plans and targeted campaigns to drive consumer awareness and preference, and focuses on showcasing Food and Beverage promotions to hotel guests and local patrons.

Job Responsibility:

Execute annual marketing plan to budget
Partner with Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns
Act as liaison between marketing department and advertising agency
Manage F&B media schedules
Execute email marketing and display advertising
Facilitate social media engagement and update content in local digital channels
Develop and execute promotions campaigns through digital and social media channels
Develop comprehensive PR plan per quarter
Write and distribute all press releases
Manage execution of hotel sponsored events and press promotional activities
Coordinate and execute Hotel and F&B printed materials
Provide training and marketing leadership

Requirements:

2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major and 4 years experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major with 2 years experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area
Hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred

Nice to have:

Hospitality marketing experience
Digital advertising agency experience
