Job Description

Finance in Motion is currently seeking a Marketing and Communications Analyst (m/f/d). This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple marketing disciplines and grow your career in a fast-paced, international environment. You will support the end-to-end delivery of diverse marketing initiatives—from website management to employer branding, and from budget tracking to campaign support.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and brand initiatives
  • Assist with project tracking and ensure timelines and deliverables are met
  • Maintain and update the company website (Drupal, Typo3), ensuring content is accurate, well-structured, and up to date
  • Support CRM enhancements and developments (Dynamics365)
  • Set up and monitor newsletters and mailings, including performance tracking and basic analytics
  • Track and manage the marketing budget in close collaboration with the team, ensuring transparency and accuracy
  • Create clear marketing performance reports and data visualizations (e.g. campaign results, website traffic, lead data)
  • Support employer branding and internal communication initiatives in collaboration with HR
  • Assist with design-related tasks and coordinate with creative agencies or external partners
  • Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement of marketing processes

Requirements

  • A degree or comparable background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • First practical experience or strong interest in campaign management, digital marketing, or communications
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing, and content management systems
  • Interest in marketing analytics and reporting
  • confidence working with Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable way of working
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
  • Very good communication skills in English
  • German skills are a strong plus

Nice to have

Basic understanding of SEO/SEA is a plus
