The Marketing & Communication Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies that strengthen brand awareness, support business objectives, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns and communications.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with company goals
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent tone of voice across all internal and external communications
Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns (digital, social media, PR, events, content, etc.)
Oversee content creation for websites, social media, newsletters, presentations, and marketing materials
Lead corporate communications, including internal communications, announcements, and employer branding
Manage media relations, PR activities, and relationships with agencies and external vendors
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization
Coordinate with product, sales, HR, and leadership teams to support business initiatives
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience in marketing and/or communications roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Proven experience with digital marketing channels and content management
Experience in PR, branding, and campaign management
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Analytical mindset with experience using marketing performance metrics
