Job Description:

This role is pivotal in driving the firm's marketing and business development strategies by collaborating with attorneys and management to enhance visibility and client engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to promote the firm's goals and build meaningful connections within the local market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with attorneys and firm leadership to create and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Develop responses to RFPs and proposals by conducting market research and analyzing prospective clients and industry trends
  • Coordinate media opportunities, nominations, and surveys to elevate the firm's profile within the legal and business community
  • Draft, edit, and distribute a variety of marketing materials, including newsletters, website content, and client communications
  • Manage directory submissions, including updates for Chambers and other prominent rankings
  • Identify and recommend sponsorships, memberships, and events to enhance the firm's visibility in the local market
  • Oversee updates to attorney biographies, practice area descriptions, and other client-facing materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Assist new attorneys in their onboarding process, including the preparation of welcome materials and integration plans
  • Work closely with practice group leaders to develop business plans that align with the firm's strategic objectives
  • Provide support for both short-term and long-term marketing initiatives and special projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Insights
  • Demonstrated experience in campaign planning, brand awareness initiatives, and collateral management
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills for creating detailed and high-quality marketing materials
  • Proven ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategic decisions
  • Knowledge of the Atlanta business community and key civic and charitable organizations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
