Job Description:

In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming marketing data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions, optimize campaign performance, and improve customer engagement

Job Responsibility:

Analyze marketing performance across channels (paid media, email, social, SEO, etc.) and provide actionable insights
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Excel
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and measure ROI of marketing initiatives
Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve campaign effectiveness
Segment audiences and analyze customer behavior to support personalization strategies
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner
Monitor trends and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar data-focused role
Proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Proficient understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics
Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data

Nice to have:

Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
Knowledge of customer journey mapping and attribution modeling
Background in eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing analytics
Certification in Google Analytics or similar platforms
