We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist to support our marketing team in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing digital marketing performance. This role will focus on turning data into actionable insights that improve campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced with marketing analytics tools, reporting, and data visualization.
Job Responsibility:
Track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance across channels including email, social, paid media, and web
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and campaign results
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform marketing strategy
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to optimize campaigns based on data
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analyses to improve engagement and conversion
Maintain accurate marketing data and ensure proper tracking setup across platforms
Support budget analysis, forecasting, and campaign attribution
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics platforms
Strong skills in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools
Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Data Studio)
Ability to interpret data and communicate insights to marketing stakeholders
