As a Marketing Analytics Specialist, your role will involve leading the functional delivery of Data and AI-driven marketing projects for our global clients. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping define their marketing technology roadmap, optimizing brand investment through advanced analytics, and aligning data-driven insights with long-term brand growth and consumer engagement goals. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the functional delivery of complex Analytics and AI projects, collaborating with cross-functional technical teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business requirements
  • Supervision of analytical model results, development of insights, and recommendations for improving the client's strategy and business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-value use cases and design actionable plans to deliver impact at scale
  • Evaluate and recommend data providers, technological solutions, and advanced tools tailored to client needs, ensuring scalability and efficiency

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing with additional training in AI, Big Data, or Data & Analytics is preferred
  • candidates with STEM degrees and complementary Marketing experience or education will also be considered
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of marketing-specific challenges, brand investment processes, and data-driven consumer use cases
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics projects
  • Proven analytical mindset and advanced problem-solving skills
