Job Description:

We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive customer acquisition and business growth. This role involves analyzing marketing performance across multiple channels, managing third-party measurement tools, and optimizing media spend to improve efficiency. Job Responsibility:

analyze market trends
develop reporting and dashboards
manage third-party measurement tools
lead testing and optimization
optimize campaign performance
leverage data for customer insights
collaborate across teams
monitor industry trends.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media analytics, or marketing analytics
strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and DSPs (e.g., StackAdapt)
experience with third-party measurement tools (e.g., Neustar/TransUnion, Nielsen)
proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, SUMIFs) and visualization tools like Tableau, Sigma, or Power BI
understanding of marketing mix modeling (MMM), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing
experience using Google Analytics 4 to assess website performance, traffic, engagement, and conversions
strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
clear, effective communicator who can translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
ability to maintain data confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
