Job Responsibility:
Overseeing performance reporting across paid digital channels
developing dashboards and measurement frameworks
connecting marketing activity to core KPIs such as leads, bookings, CPA, and ROI

Requirements:
5+ years of marketing analytics or digital media measurement experience
strong understanding of paid channels and associated KPIs
hands‑on skills with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and BI tools
experience partnering with or managing media agencies
familiarity with attribution modeling and conversion tracking
