Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Analyst (Junior to Mid-Level) to support ongoing analytics operations, reporting, and performance tracking for marketing initiatives and agency management. This role will focus on data preparation, recurring reporting, analytical validation, and test analysis, with an emphasis on producing actionable insights and ensuring data integrity across multiple data sources.

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics
  • Business Intelligence
  • Consulting, Finance, or related analytical roles
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
  • Power Query
  • XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH
  • SUMIFS and advanced formulas
  • Data cleansing and transformation
  • Large dataset management
  • Experience building automated reporting frameworks
  • Recurring dashboards and performance scorecards
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
