We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Analyst (Junior to Mid-Level) to support ongoing analytics operations, reporting, and performance tracking for marketing initiatives and agency management. This role will focus on data preparation, recurring reporting, analytical validation, and test analysis, with an emphasis on producing actionable insights and ensuring data integrity across multiple data sources.

Prepare and deliver weekly marketing performance reports

Build and maintain repeatable reporting processes and templates
Conduct data comparisons between agency reporting and internal data sources
Identify discrepancies and determine root causes
Provide documentation and recommendations to improve alignment and reporting accuracy
Track and maintain a centralized log of marketing tests (A/B and multivariate)
Analyze test results
Performance lift evaluation
Directional statistical insights
Business impact assessment
Summarize findings and recommendations for stakeholders
Develop monthly performance review reports
Channel and campaign performance
Business outcomes such as leads, conversions, and revenue indicators
Test learnings and optimization opportunities
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
Maintain and update marketing performance scorecards
Monitor KPIs against targets and historical benchmarks
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Support leadership and marketing teams with quick-turn analytical requests

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics
Business Intelligence
Consulting, Finance, or related analytical roles
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
Power Query
XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH
SUMIFS and advanced formulas
Data cleansing and transformation
Large dataset management
Experience building automated reporting frameworks
Recurring dashboards and performance scorecards
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
