As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and marketing campaign performance to drive strategic decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to market trends, customer demographics, and competitive landscapes using various analytical tools and techniques
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging trends in the industry
Campaign Performance Analysis: Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
Consumer Insights: Utilize data analytics to gain insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns
Forecasting and Planning: Assist in forecasting sales trends, market demand, and campaign outcomes to support budgeting and planning processes
Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders
Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning
Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide analytical support for special projects, initiatives, and strategic decision-making processes as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field
Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in data analysis, market research, and marketing analytics
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Nice to have:
Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, Google Analytics certification) is a plus
