Job Responsibility:
Develop strategic and tactical plans for the UA team’s traffic acquisition
Monitor marketing metrics (CTR, IR, IPM, CPI), analyze traffic performance (ROAS), and create reports (including automated ones)
Test marketing team hypotheses through data analysis
Provide recommendations to the team based on cohort analysis
Propose and test hypotheses for user acquisition based on market insights, your own experience in UA, and marketing analytics
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a marketing analyst
Proficiency in Python (Plotly, Pandas, Sklearn)
Strong SQL skills in the context of analytical research and BI tool development
Experience in optimizing data structures when working with large data sets
A higher education degree in economics, engineering, or mathematics
Solid knowledge of statistics and mathematical analysis
Experience working with BI systems (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense)
Ability to document and present research results (Confluence, Google Slides)
