Job Description

The Content Designer is responsible for designing and executing full content projects, including social media graphics, banners, POS materials, internal communications, and presentation decks. They support the creative strategy and actively contribute ideas. Working closely with senior designers, they refine concepts and ensure that every design aligns with brand and project goals. This role involves developing design and creative proposals, as well as adapting and versioning existing assets across PepsiCo's portfolio to meet customer and consumer needs. Our Content Designer is a specialist with expertise in retail, print, and digital materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and highly proficient in design software, capable of creating graphics from scratch, editing and manipulating creative assets, and producing production-ready materials. They will also participate in brainstorming and brand strategy sessions, contributing to consumer programs, long-term campaigns, sizzle videos, POS, and 3D concepts.

Job Responsibility

  • Work on the conception of creative visual ideas based on communication objectives
  • Generate fresh, innovative POS, OOH materials, and multimedia graphics within brand and design standards to support all distribution channels, social media, and marketing initiatives
  • Adapt and adjust existing creatives, digital toolkits, key visuals, and social media posts
  • Build POS or KV designs and concepts when needed
  • Determine the best way to visually represent a brand concept, focusing on graphic and motion design
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines
  • Take ownership of projects and work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized while responding to last-minute requests and adapting to business changes
  • High aptitude for learning, adaptability, and a strong sense of urgency to get things done

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Advertising, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, Motion Graphics, etc.)
  • 4+ years of creative agency experience in design, 3D, packaging, or POS projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • and Blender, After Effects or Premiere is a plus
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams in agency or in-house environments
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required for this role (strong English communication skills are essential)
  • Experience with CPG brands is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with both design and account teams
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and develop new design abilities
  • A portfolio showcasing diverse digital, KV, and POS/packaging work, standout projects are a must

  • Proficiency in Blender, After Effects or Premiere
  • Experience with CPG brands
