Job Description:

We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst with a passion for uncovering insights and optimizing marketing performance. This contract role offers a hybrid schedule with on-site work in Dallas, TX, and the opportunity to contribute to impactful strategies for a leading client. Job Responsibility:

Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify market trends, customer behaviors, and campaign performance
Create and present detailed reports with clear insights and strategic recommendations
Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends to support planning and decision-making
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with data findings
Build and maintain dashboards using business intelligence tools to track KPIs
Conduct competitive research and market analysis to support strategic initiatives

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a fast-paced or agency setting
Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
Strong command of marketing metrics (ROI, CTR, CPC) and Excel-based analysis

Nice to have:

Background in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media analytics
Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
Ability to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders
