The Marketing Analyst supports data-informed decision-making by providing detailed analysis, insights, and reporting across marketing channels. This role is critical in measuring campaign performance, understanding customer behavior, and identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital, email, social, and offline channels to assess effectiveness and ROI
Develop dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs for internal stakeholders and leadership
Provide audience segmentation analysis and customer journey mapping to support personalization and targeting
Monitor marketing funnel metrics, conversion rates, and lead quality across the sales cycle
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing analysis
Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize spend
Stay current with industry benchmarks and tools
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics or related data analysis roles
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Familiarity with Google Analytics, SQL, and CRM/marketing automation platforms
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
