Job Description:

As the Retail Experience Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing in-store marketing experiences and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in executing marketing campaigns and store experience initiatives
Support creative development by organizing inputs and managing timelines
Coordinate print production and shipping logistics, including print requests, vendor quotes, PO submissions, and inventory tracking
Maintain project trackers, checklists, and documentation
Support field communications (e.g., signage guides, myWork tasks, monthly checklists)
Collect, analyze, and report on customer and market data
Maintain dashboards and performance reports

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in marketing and/or retail environment
Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative attitude
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification

Nice to have:

Familiarity with the in-store retail environment
Exposure to marketing analytics or campaign performance reporting
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Interest in emerging technologies, including AI
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
