Job Responsibility:
Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital channels including email, paid media, web, and social
Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as ROI, CAC, conversion rates, and engagement metrics
Translate complex data sets into clear insights and actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership teams
Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies to optimize campaigns and user journeys
Monitor funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement across the customer lifecycle
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align reporting and business goals
Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy across analytics platforms and reporting tools
Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, compelling way
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or related roles
Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations
Understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics
