Job Description:

We are seeking a data-savvy Marketing Analyst to join our client’s growing team for a 4–6 month contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on uncovering insights from complex data and translating them into actionable marketing strategies. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate marketing campaign performance and guide business decisions through data.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze marketing data across various channels to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports for digital, social, direct marketing, and advertising efforts
Conduct competitive and market research to inform strategy
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve campaign targeting and optimization
Track KPIs such as customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
Support campaign budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis
Monitor industry trends and apply best practices in marketing analytics

Requirements:

Proven experience in a marketing analyst or data-driven marketing role
Proficiency in analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
Strong Excel and data visualization skills with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively

Nice to have:

Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital campaign analytics
Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
Background in marketing strategy or campaign planning
