Our client is a well-known fashion retailer is currently looking to recruit a Marketing Analyst paying circa £55,000. You would analyse key marketing campaigns across the portfolio (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas…). The analysis will look at a wide range of KPIs: retail (footfall, sales, average spend, the timing of the event…), media (ABL & BTL, investments, ROI…), digital (website, CRM, paid & organic social…), PR… Based on all these KPIs, the person would summarise the results to the team and make key recommendations such as “consider upweighting digital and radio to drive footfall”, “consider starting communicating the event earlier to be ahead of competition”, “use more influencers” for example. Regarding media agency fees, the person would provide both commercial and financial support to the senior Marketing team. You would help set up relevant fees per centre based on commercial agreements with the agency and provide ongoing financial governance by monitoring actuals vs budgets.
