Job Responsibility:
Design, implement, and manage sophisticated paid search strategies across various search channels
Oversee the complete lifecycle of paid media campaigns, from strategic planning and campaign structuring to ongoing optimization and text copy refinement
Strategically allocate and optimize marketing budgets across diverse platforms and tactics to maximize return on investment
Rigorously track, monitor, and optimize campaign performance against critical key performance indicators (KPIs)
Conduct in-depth research, development, and testing of new audience segments, including retargeting, lookalikes, and custom audiences
Contribute to and support continuous creative and landing page experimentation and testing initiatives
Develop and implement robust quality assurance (QA) processes to maintain campaign integrity and performance
Collaborate effectively with analytics teams, leveraging real-time data and campaign learnings to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance
Requirements:
2-4 years of hands-on experience in paid search advertising
Proven experience with direct response campaigns
Deep knowledge and mastery of leading search platforms, including Google Ads, and 3rd party campaign management platforms such as SA360 (Search Ads 360) or Bing/Microsoft Ads
Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact paid social campaigns and initiatives
Demonstrated ability to strategically assess new opportunities and make data-driven decisions that lead to tangible performance improvements
Strong communication skills, a positive “can-do” attitude, and a strong desire to achieve results
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Nice to have:
Experience with Universal Ad Campaign (UAC) and Apple Search Ads
Global and international media planning/buying experience
Proficiency in Spanish (Bilingual)
