Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to support attribution strategy and marketing performance measurement for an industrial cleaning organization based in New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position will focus on creating a scalable call tracking taxonomy, improving reporting consistency, and aligning marketing data with business goals. The ideal candidate brings strong analytics expertise, can work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and is comfortable turning complex campaign structures into clear, usable frameworks.

Job Responsibility

  • Meet with marketing and business partners to gather context around current call tracking labels, identify inconsistencies, and uncover reporting gaps
  • Establish attribution standards by defining the key data points needed to evaluate performance across services, markets, campaigns, channels, ad groups, and landing pages
  • Create a structured naming framework and recommend an account hierarchy that supports future growth and simplifies ongoing management
  • Produce detailed documentation that outlines taxonomy rules, usage examples, and governance practices for maintaining accurate number assignment over time
  • Update existing call tracking assets by applying revised labels, tags, and account mappings across active numbers
  • Partner with reporting and operational stakeholders to test changes and confirm that attribution data is flowing correctly into business intelligence and call center reporting
  • Support marketing measurement efforts by helping connect call tracking practices with broader digital analytics and campaign reporting needs

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of practical experience working with call tracking platforms such as CallRail, Invoca, DialogTech, CallTrackingMetrics, Marchex, or comparable tools
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel attribution across paid search, paid social, display advertising, direct mail, and organic marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to organize ambiguous business inputs into logical, scalable taxonomy and reporting structures
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead discovery sessions, align stakeholders, and present recommendations clearly
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and process discipline
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Ads
  • Familiarity with CRM marketing workflows and performance reporting environments

Nice to have

Exposure to BI platforms such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau is a plus, especially in multi-location or multi-service-line organizations
