Bark is hiring a Marketing AI & Automation Engineer to join our Marketing team in Bangalore. We aren't looking for a consultant to draft roadmaps, or a classic engineer to write scripts on demand. We need an AI-native operator who designs and ships agentic systems for marketing — someone who lives inside Claude Code, takes an idea, orchestrates agents to build it, and puts it live. You'll be embedded inside a ~30-person marketing team spanning Performance, SEO, Affiliates, Social, CRM, Content and Analytics across UK, India and Spain.

Requirements:
5-8 years in a marketing career (marketing ops/performance/growth/martech/CRM) with hands-on experience in advertising, tracking, automation and CRM
Deep Claude Code expertise: you've authored skills, built .claude/ workspaces, and written or extended MCP servers, subagents and plugins
Code as a working language: you read, modify and debug Python / TypeScript when agents hand you output
Strong point of view: you have a thesis on how marketing should work in an agentic era, and you can defend it
Deep marketing fundamentals: paid media (keyword architecture, creative testing, audience logic, attribution, LTV/CAC), tracking, CRM lifecycle, analytics
Working knowledge of at least three of: GA4 / BigQuery, Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API, GSC, CDPs (Iterable / Segment / Customer.io), Tableau / Looker
Strong plus: hands-on with Google Tag Manager (container management, triggers, variables), pixel management, server-side tracking, Consent Mode, attribution setup
