The Marketing Advisor will be responsible for delivering successful, integrated marketing programs and campaigns to support the business goals of The Hammond Centre, Healthcare and Hospitals and the Hammond Foundation, and aligned to the organisation's Mission. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role involves strategic thinking, creativity, and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders. It focuses on developing engaging content, leveraging data and analytics, and finding innovative ways to engage audiences while supporting the company’s objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, keeping projects on track and stakeholders up to date
Develop and create engaging, SEO-optimised content to showcase our expertise and tell the human stories of care
Develop and maintain relationships across the business and understand the needs of our key stakeholders
Write effective briefs to our internal design, content and digital team, and external agency partners
Use analytics and insights to ensure that marketing activity is targeted, effective, relevant and resonates with key audiences
Be part of the team working to find new and exciting ways to engage our internal and external audiences
Requirements:
Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s mission, motivation and mission in action
Passionate about communications and marketing across multiple channels
A proficient writer able to tailor complex messages to diverse audiences
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns
Experienced in using data and analytics to inform decision making and optimise campaigns
Experienced in HubSpot or a similar CMS, including designing and building automated EDM campaigns
Proactive at managing projects and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Energetic, proactive and a collaborative team player
Able to multi-task, prioritise and pay attention to detail
An empathetic and compassionate person who has a heart for Australians in need
