A detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Administrator to support the EMEA Marketing Organisation. This role will primarily focus on supporting the management of a large and complex marketing budget, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in day-to-day administration of marketing budget including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts
Maintain accurate records of budget allocations, commitments, and actual spend
Prepare regular financial reports and summaries for marketing leadership team
Support forecasting and budget planning activities
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely payment and compliance with financial processes
Assist with procurement processes including raising purchase orders and managing approvals
Provide general administrative support to marketing team
