Job Description:

A detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Administrator to support the EMEA Marketing Organisation. This role will primarily focus on supporting the management of a large and complex marketing budget, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in day-to-day administration of marketing budget including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of budget allocations, commitments, and actual spend
  • Prepare regular financial reports and summaries for marketing leadership team
  • Support forecasting and budget planning activities
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely payment and compliance with financial processes
  • Assist with procurement processes including raising purchase orders and managing approvals
  • Provide general administrative support to marketing team

Requirements:
